Sunday 9:30 am
Holy Communion served every Sunday
Our joyful worship recharges our spiritual lives and gets us in touch with who we really are: beloved children of God. We hear God’s word, receive the body and blood of our Savior, Jesus, sing and pray to God, and are sent into the world as the renewed body of Christ.
on Sunday at 9:30 am (And, during Lent, on Wednesday Evenings)
We celebrate Communion…
every week. Everyone’s welcome at the Communion table, no exceptions. We offer communion instruction to children in 2nd grade (or at any age at parents’ request).
We love kids…
so there are Creation Stations at the back of the sanctuary with new worship-themed creative activities each week for kids.
Children are part of our Worship Team and Service Teams, helping set up and serve communion, read scripture, and lead us in music.
We know that kids like to wiggle and move, and sometimes there’s a little noise…we consider this a sign of God’s lively presence and it’s part of who we are!
Parents, if you need a little time out during worship with your tiny ones, we have a playroom with rocking chairs and a screen with sound so you can hang out there and still be part of worship.
We enjoy being together…
so we hope you will stay to enjoy a time of fellowship and treats after worship!
We love to make a joyful noise to the Lord…
Our Music Team, led by Music Director Nikita Albrecht, leads our singing with guitar, keyboard, bass, Cajon and vocals. We usually rehearse on Wednesday evenings during the school year and before worship on Sundays during the summer. The Music Team welcomes anyone interested in singing or playing an instrument to join. Youth or adult instrumentalists are also welcome to participate in worship.
We always invite all the children to grab a percussion instrument and join in making a Joyful Noise during our sending song at the end of worship.
We’re currently seeking a Director of Music/Accompanist to take Nikita’s place as she is leaving her position with us at the end of December. The job description is posted on the front page of this website. Feel free to share!
